Re-registration and extensions

Doctoral registration is annual. Each re-registration is made online on the Doctoral School platform, followed by the submission of a paper file to the Doctoral School office, from 1 September to 15 December.

Second registration

• Progress evaluation: the doctoral student presents the first year’s work to the thesis monitoring committee, which draws up and signs minutes (“Progress evaluation report” template, available on the platform).
• Online application, with: the second registration application signed by the doctoral student and the thesis supervisor; the progress evaluation report signed by the committee; the progress report signed by the thesis supervisor; the first-year registration certificate; the identity card or passport; the receipt for the second-year fees.
• Paper file: the signed application and the same documents.

Third registration

• Online application, with: the signed third registration application; the progress report signed by the thesis supervisor; the second-year registration certificate; the identity card or passport; the receipt for the third-year fees.
• Paper file: the signed application and the same documents.

Fourth registration (first extension)

• Online extension application, with: the extension application signed by the doctoral student and the thesis supervisor; the progress report signed by the thesis supervisor; copies of all doctoral registration certificates; the identity card or passport.
• Paper file: the signed application and the same documents.
• Once the committee has agreed (notified by email): payment of the fees on www.inscription.tn, upload of the receipt to the platform and submission of the receipt to the Doctoral School office.

Fifth registration (second extension)

• Online extension application, with the same documents as for the fourth registration and a copy of the fourth-year extension decision.
• Paper file, then, once agreed, payment of the fees and submission of the receipt under the same conditions.
